  1. With all these Michelin stars is Barcelona the culinary capital of Spain? Would Madrid have a good shout for that title? Though I have heard some people claim that for invention and originality Córdoba is doing well.

  2. Whenever I talk to a chef I’m surprised at how many of them really rate Japanese cuisine. As Japanese and Spanish are two of my favourite styles I’d like to visit Koy Shunka.
