  1. My physio has described me as the “stiffest patient that I’ve ever treated”. As she’s been qualified for over three decades I’m quite proud of that tag.

    However, her diagnosis does suggest that I would benefit from some yoga. Looking through this article the good news is that the locations look serene and stunning. The bad news is that the poses are way beyond me.
